Resolve "Cannot find server" Error on Launching CTS

To resolve the "Cannot find server" error, perform the following steps on the server:

  1. Open the IIS manager from the Run command using inetmgr.
  2. Expand the Web site.
  3. Check if Smartclass V2010 is running.
  4. If it is not running, start it.

You can also use the CTSIPConfig utility to change the value of IP Address field from "SMARTCLASS" to the IP address of the server.
